Centrally located within the Christchurch conservation area, the former vicarage, has 11 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and off street car parking for up to 8 cars. There is also a large garden, which is rare for such a central location, with tables and seating for up to 25.

The property has a large, bay window, lounge with 60” TV (plus Virgin media) and an extensive kitchen diner that runs across the whole width of the house, with a feature Range double oven with 6 burner gas hob. The master bedroom has a super king-size four-poster bed and its own en-suite and seating area, within the large bay window.

A Welcome Pack is provided on arrival, including a bottle of Prosecco, Spring Water, locally produced Tutti Fruity Jam, Biscuits, and Homemade Fudge. Milk, Tea & Coffee.

Filled with character and class, this house offers adaptable and stylish accommodation.With a downstairs bedroom and wetroom for the less mobile, it is great for family gatherings providing a versatile spacious living space for all ages. With the wonderful large kitchen and dining table it is an ideal place for entertaining, and if you don't want to cook we can organise a private chef for you.

An indoor pop up rigid side hot tub is available to hire in the main section of the house and also a permanent 4 - 6 person hot tub in the Corner Wing mini spa for £325 for a weekend or £400 for the week.

With breathtaking World Heritage Jurassic coastline and the stunning New Forest National Park nearby, it’s a great location to explore. Christchurch offers a mix of History and Heritage, coastline and countryside views. There are a variety of attractions that will make your stay memorable. 

Christchurch also has an amazing array of restaurants which use the very best local produce, most of which comes straight from the local fishing boats.

Christchurch Priory is an ecclesiastical parish and former priory church in Christchurch in the English county of Dorset (formerly in Hampshire). It is one of the longest parish churches in the country and is larger than 21 English Anglican Cathedrals.

 Lots to see and do in and around Christchurch
Christchurch Harbour, the River Avon and the River Stour, are literally on your doorstep, provide some of the best fishing in the UK and are also excellent for water-based sports, particularly sailing, canoeing and windsurfing. Excellent beaches can be found within a few miles at Hengistbury Head, Mudeford, Southbourne and Bournemouth. The New Forest National Park is within 5 miles. As well as the excellent shopping facilities of Christchurch, more significant centres can be found in Bournemouth (7 miles) and Southampton (20 miles) Christchurch is an excellent base for golfers with some of the finest courses in the UK within close proximity. Remedy Oak (45 mins), Ferndown GC (20 mins), Barton on Sea GC ( 20 mins) Queens Park, (15 Mins), Meyrick Park (20 Mins ), Parkstone GC (25 mins), Broadstone GC (25 minutes), Isle of Purbeck (40 min) and for the less accomplished golfers, Solent Meads (10 mins) and Ilford Golf Centre (15 Mins). The location of these properties are  ideal for exploring the south coast but still with all the facilities you could want within a very short walk.
